Sam Whybrow is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. Providing psychological support for Children, adolescents and adults.
In particular, Sam can assist adults, children and their families, who have concerns and disorders, relating to stress, anxiety, eating, trauma, substance use, depression, attention deficits, autism and more.
Sam studied a Bachelor of Social Work at Deakin University, graduating in 2011. Over the past 10 years he has engaged in a number of specialist training opportunities.
Other clinical approaches used by Sam include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psycho-education, Somatic Therapy, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
